Your leadership is not only in words, but in actions which gives the people around you a sense of safety and security! Your community respects you, your children listen to you, and you bring a peace to the chaos.
You have many strengths and leadership qualities!
Oh where would the world be without you!! You are our steady, wise, and loyal friend that everyone can count on.
When there is a project or a task, your co-workers know to come to YOU first because they trust you and know it will get done, and get done RIGHT!
You come prepared, you always have a plan, and your family depends on you and appreciates how much you love and serve them with your time and efforts!
These qualities are how God made you... and should be celebrated!!
For you created my inmost being;

He has chosen you and called you to do something, that will take risk and faith. Trust Him. He's got you.
You are so use to be independent that you can sometimes forget that your life begins at dependency on God.
He keeps YOU safe. Rest in that.
God wants you to know...
God wants you to know that you can depend on Him. He wants you to lean on Him to figure it all out.He is still calling you.
He wants to take away your anxiety, your overwhelm, and your exhaustion, because he wants to replace it with peace and joy.
